Senior Manager – Partnerships & Growth Job Description: 

Role Overview:

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of banking technology! This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on securing strategic platform partnerships and winning new enterprise accounts. The role will have a direct impact on market penetration, ecosystem expansion, and digital transformation in India’s wholesale and corporate banking industry. The role offers autonomy, executive visibility, and the opportunity to shape the future of corporate banking in India. 

 

This is a high-impact sales role where you'll: 

• Build India's premier B2B banking API partner ecosystem (ERPs, supply chain platforms, treasury solutions) 

• Close direct deals from within India's top 200 corporates 

• Own P&L and define the go-to-market strategy 

• Drive Automated e-stamping adoption – This will be a core deliverable of the role with 25% weightage 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

1. ECOSYSTEM BUILDING 

a. Build Strategic Partner Network: 

• ERPs (Zoho, Tally, SAP) for embedded Swift API integration 

• Digital platforms serving corporates (supply chain finance, treasury management, cash management) 

• e-Stamping authorities (SHCIL, GRAS, SAMPADA) to expand automated stamping adoption with partner banks. 

 

b. Structure Win-Win Partnership Models

• Define commercial terms, revenue sharing, and integration roadmaps 

• Enable partners to resell Swift API services to their corporate base 

 

2. DIRECT ENTERPRISE SALES 

a. Hunt and Close Corporate Accounts: 

• Target CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Payments Heads directly – Target base is Top 200 Corporates in India 

• Position Swift API as the solution for banking connectivity, e-stamping, and treasury automation 

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature 

 

b. Solution Design & Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Work with Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Implementation teams to implement solutions 

• Lead commercial negotiations and pricing discussions 

• Ensure smooth handoff to project teams’ post-sale 

 

3. REVENUE OWNERSHIP: 

Own P&L and Revenue Targets: 

• Manage pipeline across both partnership and direct channels 

• Forecast monthly/quarterly revenue with accuracy 

• Report business metrics and strategic insights to leadership 

• Monitor competitor moves and adapt GTM strategy accordingly 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  1. Must Have: 

    a. MBA with bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

    b. 8-12+ years' progressive B2B tech sales experience, ideally in the BFSI or fintech domain with proven track record of INR 10+ cr in annual sales achievement. 

    c. Track record building partnerships with digital platforms, ERPs or ecosystem players (at least 5+ strategic partnerships signed) and / or Experience selling to CFO/CXO level at large enterprises (₹500 crore+ revenue companies) 

  2. Highly Desirable: 

    a. Familiarity with corporate banking products (payments, trade finance, treasury) or fintech solutions 

    b. Previous work with APIs and ERP integrations 

    c. Existing relationships within India's top corporates or major ERPs/platforms 

    d. MBA from premier institution

  3. Excellent Communication & Negotiation: Capable of presenting complex solutions to non-technical audiences and securing buy-in.
  4. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, ensuring alignment toward shared goals.
  5. Strong pipeline/funnel discipline, ability to forecast & report, resilient and target-driven.
