With over 20 years of experience, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s corporate frameworks, ensuring robust governance and seamless stakeholder communication. Previously, she held prominent roles at TransUnion CIBIL and Saint-Gobain Gyproc, excelling in corporate compliance and strategy.
Along with being a qualified Company Secretary, Swati is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta and holds a Bachelors degree in Law. Her passion and expertise in process efficiency is underscored by her Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
