Ms. Shriyanka Hore is the Global Head of Industry Engagement and is leading the work towards continued interoperability across RTGS, Instant Payments and future CBDC ecosystems ensuring Swift’s commitment towards the G20 targets of speed, transparency and cost is met. Part of her work ensures Swift’s role evolves to enable digital inclusive economies of the future and she works with a wide spectrum of senior industry leaders from across the public and private sector towards the same.

Between 2021-2024, Ms. Hore led Swift's product organization called Market Infrastructure Communities and Standards Services which serves 253+ market infrastructures across payments, securities and FX. She led the team driving the adoption of ISO20022 by 80+ Domestic High Value Payments Systems and was responsible for time critical systemically important payment systems including key components of the Eurosystem , Australia’s AP+, CLS and the Bank of England’s RTGS to name a few.

Ms. Hore is an industry expert on payments and serves on multiple global industry advisory boards including the CPMI PIE taskforce stream on Interlinking of Payment market infrastructures. In the past she has served as a member of the Standards Advisory Panel for Bank of England towards its RTGS Renewal, EBA/ABE in their development of Request to Pay, NACHA’s development of ERI and Healthcare Payments and NPCI’s development of NACH. Prior to Swift, Ms. Hore led Oracle’s global product strategy for payments across corporate and retail banking and also served IBM in India and South Asia as Chief Technical Architect for Financial Services. She spent her early career at Intellect Design Arena (erstwhile Polaris Software Labs and Citibank Overseas Software Limited), India consulting with multiple GTBs globally and building out the payments product vertical.
